Residential Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to the Head of Residential Conveyancing

A permanent full, or part-time (job share), position in freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will be competent using all Microsoft software packages, and, if possible, TIKIT systems (although full training will be given) and have not less than 5 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing providing administrative support, and ideally, with secretarial experience. This is a responsible position, requiring the ability to work with other members of the residential conveyancing team and under intense pressure, to provide a high-quality volume service and meet exacting professional standards. Additionally, there will be opportunities to assist with training and guiding newer less experienced staff and assist and support the Head of Residential Conveyancing in the management of a department of 12 – 15 staff with such tasks as are delegated.

Personal attributes should include great customer/client focus, good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize within a high-intensity workload, an aptitude for being organized, structured and positive, and with keen attention to detail.

Salary is dependent on experience, together with a full benefit package.
