A solicitor or other qualified expert will get in touch with you to confirm instructions to act. They will be your point of contact throughout the legal process.
A meeting can be arranged at our offices if there is a need to do so.
3. Client Care
Your client care letter will also include Terms of Business as well as a fee estimate for your matter. You will receive an update should the fees surrounding your legal matter change. You will also be provided with a named contact should you have any further queries.
4. Progressing Your Matter
Your matter will be dealt with in a timely manner and you will be updated at all key stages.
5. File Closure & Storage
In the event that you do not want to claim anything from your file, it will be archived appropriately and securely destroyed after the appropriate length of storage time has passed.
6. Maintaining Relationships
As your matter draws to a close, we understand that you may need further assistance in the future, be it a will, a lasting power of attorney or another legal matter.
