Shivani has 3 years’ work experience within family law and joined MHP in 2025. She completed her BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Shivani plays a vital role in the family department by Communicating with clients, Drafting Legal Documents including Divorce Petitions, Forms E, Consent Orders and Letters/Emails; Case Management, Court Preparation including preparing Court Bundles, Filing and Serving Documents, conducting Legal Research Tasks and Administrative Work such as billing.
