MHP Position available – June 2025 – Conveyancer: Residential Property
A permanent full time fee earning position in freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing is immediately available, all types including new build plot purchases and related mortgages. Our preference would be for the successful candidate to have good academic qualifications, at degree level, but more importantly at least 2 years proven experience directly managing residential property matters with minimum supervision and familiar with CQS/CLC requirements. The successful candidate will also be fully conversant with all Microsoft software packages, and, if possible, TIKIT systems (although full training will be given).
This is a responsible position, requiring the ability to work, with other members of the residential conveyancing team, under intense pressure, provide a high quality volume service and meet exacting professional standards. Additionally they will need to assist with the marketing and development of an expanding residential conveyancing department.
All employment is from our one office building in Leicester. Preference would be for those living near Leicester or able to commute to LE2 (near the train station) and to work in-office, although there may be opportunities, following initial induction/probation periods, for limited hybrid working from home and office with the provision of a laptop, comms and technical support.
Career progression within an expanding department will be expected and fully supported, with the potential for unlimited career prospects. Salary dependent on experience together with benefits package.
