Shortly starting her Training Contract is Zainab Arif who has been a valued member of our Family and Litigation department as a Paralegal. Zainab is now enroute to achieving her goal to become a newly qualified Solicitor who will be an asset to the team.
We welcome Imaan Vaiani who has joined us as a Paralegal in the Family and Litigation department. Imaan is currently studying towards the SQE examinations as we support her in reaching her goal to qualify as a Solicitor. We have no doubt that Imaan will succeed in her endeavours and become a valued member of the firm.
JOB OPPORTUNITY
Legal assistant/paralegal – Private Client department.
A permanent position working in a developing team that includes a Partner, a solicitor, and admin support, to assist and support the fee earners on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts and private client work. Roles and responsibilities will include: opening files and updating client matters on the firm’s case management system, distributing post, general administrative duties, audio typing, opening archiving retrieving and filing of case files, diary management, receiving and making telephone calls from clients and other professionals, drafting and amending correspondence and documents and assisting with legal research Depending on experience and qualifications paralegal work may be delegated in; drafting wills and LPOA’s, dealing with the day to day administration of estates, drafting estate accounts and case management.
Experience supporting a private client department or fee earner is essential.
This is a full-time position with salary dependent on experience together with benefits package. There will be opportunities for career progression.
