In family law he has wealth of experience of dealing with all types of issues that arise when marriage/family relationships break down including children, family and financial issues. He has a very sympathetic approach and is committed to always act in the client’s best interests
In personal injury he has dealt with cases that range from serious tetraplegia, fatal accidents, head injury, brain injury, fractures due to trip/slip, post traumatic stress and minor whiplash as in road traffic accidents
In clinical negligence he has experience including dealing with fatal accident claims, serious cardiac arrest resulting in hypoxic brain injury involving allegations of failure to detect and refer to appropriate specialist in Accident & Emergency Department
Being an Accredited Mediator he is trained to understand the psychology of conflict thus enhancing his ability to deal with conflict resolution more effectively.
As a solicitor he has gained a vast experience of dealing with people of diverse backgrounds including other lawyers, medical professionals, accountants, architects, surveyors, as well as ordinary people which requires the ability to communicate effectively and to get on other people’s level as required.
Hobbies: Travelling, Music, Food, Walking, Playing Golf, Swimming, Running, Trekking.
Other Interests: Climbing Mountains.
My burning desire is to climb Mount Everest and get on top of the world, but if I cannot, then a couple of 6000+ peaks will do. My key to success is hard work & commitment, never to give up, and to always do the best for my clients.
