Philip Havelock practices in all aspects of Civil Litigation. He forms part of the Family and Personal Injury team at Michael Hill Partnership. He is experienced in all aspects of Family breakdown with a sympathetic but determined approach to achieve client’s needs.
He has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers since the early 1990’s and is an Accredited Senior Litigator. A number of his cases have been published by APIL.
His case load has also included commercial disputes in the Technology and Construction Court and other matters in both the Family, County and High Courts.
He commenced his career in Bournemouth where he gained experience in Commercial and Domestic Conveyancing including licensing and landlord and tenant work before moving to the Michael Hill Partnership in 1995.
